For our client, smaller privately held international company with HQ based in attractive location in Prague 4, we are looking for an OFFICE MANAGER with previous experience min. 3-5 years from similar role, advanced knowledge of English, Russian and Czech languages is required. To selected candidate we offer interesting and independent administration role, daily use of foreign languages, competitive salary.
Job Description
Main duties are: day task planning of the CEO; fulfilling receptionist duties; negotiating best rates with suppliers, ordering and purchasing airline, railroad and other tickets; acceptance of phone calls for the CEO and the office employees; ordering all the required stationery equipment; translating various documents from/to English/Russian/Czech; organizing and coordinating internal department events, communication with branches abroad etc.
Person Specification
Requirements for this role are: pleasant personality with excellent communication skills, customer and detail oriented person, fluent (proficiency) in all three languages: Czech, English and Russian language (able to interpret during meetings or translate documents), flexibility, very good time management and ability to prioritise, willing to travel (rarely). Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and typing skills.
