My client is fast paced and dynamic, a market leader in their field. Based in modern offices with parking in Weybridge, Surrey.
Job Description
This position requires a candidate with experience in both an office Manager and PA positions to ensure you have the right skill set to perform the role.
You will be required to provide:
All round administrative support including correspondence, contracts, presentations, charts and PowerPoint documents. Oversee and manage all file maintenance, coordinate and administer policies.
Overall office Management, not limited to but including: managing and coordinating day to day tasks, all round admin support, IT administration and support and personnel records.
Facilities management, including liaison with management company, Health and Safety, Managing support contracts and liaising with utility companies.
Travel coordination and special project support as and when required for the European Regional Office.
Person Specification
The suitable candidate will have a min of 3 years in a similar role.
Considerable experience in office and facilities management
A proven track record in supporting a High Performance team in a multinational corporation
Ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines
Work proactively on own initiative
Results driven, accepts accountability, responsibility and consistently delivers
Able to establish and maintain key relationships
