My client are a highly successful contract manufacturers of API's based in the South West of the UK, they currently have around 1500 staff at their site, in which they have departments such as manufacturing, QC, Analysis, production, Pilot Plant, QA, sales and marketing, all of which employ chemists.
My client are a world leader in what they do, they're currently going through expansions through out all departments and offer career progression as standard.
The Role:
The role will involve the selling of my clients products, as well as the selling of my clients services, the role will involve looking after key accounts, creating new ones and being responsible for targets and KPI's within the company.
The role will involve travelling from one end of the county to another.
In return my client can offer excellent career progression, above market value salary, 20% uncapped commission on top of basic salary, job satisfaction, excellent pension package and other remuneration. OTE 45K.
The Skills:
The suitable candidate should have a minimum of a HNC/NVQ level 3 in Chemistry, the candidate should have a previous track record of success within a sales environment, prefferably within a scientific sales environment. You'll have a proven track record of customer support and key account management.
Ideally the candidate will have experience in previous people management.
Unfortunately this role is not suitable for a fresh graduate or a trainee.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills both in verbal and written English, a long with the abillity to sell, close and communicate thoroughly.
