This role is based within a busy call centre located in Walton on Thames - Full client specification available upon application.
Day to Day Duties Include:
Dealing with and replying to correspondence / emails from both members of the public and clients.
Sending PDF documents to clients and documentation to customers
Updating the internal system
Answering client calls
Opening Post
Dealing with Debt Management companies
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
Must have GCSE Grade B or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Professional telephone manner
Strong work ethic
A mature attitude to work
Reliable and trustworthy
Ideally based within an easy commute of Walton on Thames
