Office Administrator - Guildford - £18,000 to £22,000

This small organisation has got an opening for a customer focused Office Administrator within their Guildford office.  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Internal liaison with departmental heads
  • Full responsibility for the administrative function
  • Key user of the organisations finance software 
  • Data Entry and management of company’s Databases and CRM
  • Scheduling and coordination of company’s  programmes
  • Customer liaison and management of customer queries on a daily basis
  • Act as a facilitator for Ops team, arranging meetings, scheduling appointments etc
  • Invoice entry
  • Financial administration

Personal Characteristics and Experience Profile Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Word, and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a challenging environment
