This small organisation has got an opening for a customer focused Office Administrator within their Guildford office.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Internal liaison with departmental heads
- Full responsibility for the administrative function
- Key user of the organisations finance software
- Data Entry and management of company’s Databases and CRM
- Scheduling and coordination of company’s programmes
- Customer liaison and management of customer queries on a daily basis
- Act as a facilitator for Ops team, arranging meetings, scheduling appointments etc
- Invoice entry
- Financial administration
Personal Characteristics and Experience Profile Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Word, and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a challenging environment
