The successful candidate will benefit from exposure to the construction industry, dealing with international clients, on site parking, flexibility on start time, pension and potentially a gym.
You must not only be a strong administrator but have skills within IT, used to fixing problems with computers being able to set up desktops, install software and have a good basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
Job Description
The Role
• Ensuring a smooth running and efficient office environment
• General administration activities
• Meet & Greet guests, clients and customers, serving refreshments, answering the telephone and taking messages
• Ownership of the management of meeting rooms and bookings
• Planning and organising of all office supplies and maintenance
• Assist with H&S tasks and compliance

The successful Office Administrator will have the following attributes:

• You are impeccably organised and have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and vocal

• You can build rapport effortlessly and use this to build relationships with all internal teams and customers
As an Office Administrator you will have experience in:
• You will have had previous experience in a office coordinator role and have had exposure to office management
• You are IT competent with all Microsoft office suite applications
