The Role

  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries over the telephone and by email
  • Provide full admin support to the office and customer support team
  • Sourcing and placing orders with suppliers
  • Documentation support
  • Ad hoc PA duties

Experience

Demonstrate experience of providing excellent customer service through a prompt, responsive, responsible and friendly approach to customer queries

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactively taking ownership where required
  • Excellent all round communication skills
  • The candidate will be creative, confident and demonstrate assertiveness where appropriate
  • An aptitude for streamlining processes to increase efficiency
  • The ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks on an ongoing basis
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • The candidate will possess strong IT Skills


Hours

Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.30

Salary

With a starting salary of £14k-£16k

Location

Must be commutable distance to Leeds Centre - we are located 10 minutes walk from Leeds rail station
