Our client based in Liverpool are seeking to recruit a full time Ocean Export / Import Clerk.
This position would suit someone who is currently in their first job working in freight forwarding and is looking to further their career and take the next step into their next position.
You must have had experience of Ocean freight Exports and Imports in order to apply.

- Must have knowledge of CHIEF and applicable software
- Processing bills of lading, instructions of line bills and manifests
- Handling aspects of Imports including Customs entries (ASM)
- Liaising with shipping lines, handling agents and other freight forwarding companies
- If any candidates have ship agency experience would be beneficial.
- Hours 8am to 6pm - MUST HAVE FULL DRIVING LICENSE AND OWN CAR.
- Occasional weekend working and also other site work will be required.
