Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic service area working in a multi-disciplinary team.

You will work within the Rapid Response Team alongside Social Workers to carry out high prioritiy assessments (including manual handling risk assessments) and develop support plans that enable customers and carers to remain safe in the community whilst promoting choice and control.

Opportunities to work within the Independent Living Resource Centre and OT/Tech joint visits. Good time management & ability to prioritise work on a daily basis essential.
