NVQ Assessor- Nights- Kent

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Retail NVQ Assessor to join one of the fastest growing and most reputable training providers in the UK. This training provider currently deals with national contracts to support major retailers and as a result have immediate positions for an Experienced Retail NVQ Assessor with Key Skills Experience. Our client currently employ over 700 people and are offering a competitive starting salary of £25000- £30000with laptop, mobile, 40 pence per mile and an excellent training and development programme. A comprehensive 1 week induction will be offered to all employees The Position of Retail NVQ Assessor- Nights The position is initially till the end of July 2012 The NVQ Assessor will be supporting Learners on modern apprenticeships and guiding them towards NVQ's Levels 2 and 3 in Retail Operations and Key Skills Levels 1. The Retail NVQ Assessor will be based in a local retail stores, managing multiple case loads over 8-12 week periods. The role will involve assessing candidates using all the latest technology in the market. The NVQ Assessor will be supported with teams that complete all of the sign up process, which frees a high amount of time for assessing. Hours of work will be based on a 36.5 hour contract. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility as working hours can be between 1700-0700 based on a 7.5 hour shift; this may also include some weekends. Experience and Qualifications Required for the Retail NVQ Assessor - TAQA, A1 or D32/ D33 Qualified - PTLLS is highly desirable, or working towards - Experience of Assessing Learners through the Retail NVQ Programme.
