Soldier: Starting from £28,697 upon completion of basic trg and promotion to Corporal, plus additional £10.31 per day on completion of specialist courses and operational trade competencies. 

Officer: Starting from £30,549 upon completion of officer trg and promotion to Lieutenant (depending on nursing experience), plus additional £10.31 per day on completion of specialist courses and operational trade competencies.
