An exciting Nursing Care Home Manager's role has arisen within a Organisation who provides nursing, dementia nursing, residential and personal care and for Older People and sufferers of Dementia. They are currently looking for Registered Nursing Manager to oversee their 24 bedded Home in Ipswich. The primary objective of this role is to provide quality assurance and leadership to the staff team within the Home. The home requires a strong leader who can give direction to a well-established team to turn it from a good home to a Great home!!
Specific Responsibilities of the role will include the following:
*Operational management of the staff Team, working in a matrix with functional leads such as Finance, Quality and HR.
*To manage and motivate a diverse workforce whilst maintaining appropriate levels of quality, service performance and clinical governance.
*Continuous development of market knowledge
*Take an active role in the management and development of relationships with Local Authority Commissioners within the Region.
Role Requirements:
*RMA
*Must have Experience as a Registered Manager
*Must have valid Nursing PIN (Ideally RGN)
*Good market knowledge of the Older Peoples Sector
*Strong Leadership
*Practice development experience
*Effective relationship management skills
*Needs to be prepared to live in or very near the region (Ipswich)
*General and line management experience
Salary Package - £35K + Annual Leave Entitlement
