Our client are currently building a new home providing nursing care for older people who are physically frail and older people who have mental health needs such as Alzheimer''s disease. It is part of a well established and well regarded national healthcare provider. They are seeking an experienced manager with an RGN background and who needs to have come from an excellent 3 star home. Can demonstrate good business outcomes and have delivered high occupancy and no agency use in current positions. You must be passionate in end of life care and dementia care and be able to lead a team in delivering this care.
The home is due to open in October but we are looking to have the manager start 5 months prior for marketing and recruitment purposes.
