As Night Manager you will have full control of the hotel when the General Manager and Duty Manager is not on site. You will need to assist in all of the front of house operations and take control of the front desk, as the face of the hotel you will need to display your superior professionalism and excellent customer service.
Person Specification
You will have front of house management experience within the hotel industry from a quality background. Sound working knowledge of reservations systems. A calm, efficient and organised personality would be advantageous to reward you in this fantastic hotel.
