New Pre-Sales Engineer Broadcast / STB / IPTV Needed in Bath

My client is a market leading software house in Bath that develops cutting edge technology for the broadcast and set top box (STB) industries. They are urgently seeking a new Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to join their team. You will work alongside the Sales Director to engage with clients in a customer facing role - delivering technical presentations and providing the link between the Sales Director and the Technical / Software Development team. You will deal with technical queries from the clients and ensure that not only does the customer get exactly what they want on a technical level from the product, but also that what is sold to them is accurate and within the capabilities of the technical teams to deliver.

As the successful candidate you must have:
- Prior experience of customer facing and pre-sales roles
- Experience of the DTV / Broadcast or set top box / STB / OTT / IPTV market is essential
- Solid technical understanding of this arena
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine passion and enthusiasm
You will be rewarded with a basic salary of circa £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits that include share options. You will have the opportunity to work in Bath for an innovative and successful Broadcast / DTV software house in a Senior Pre-Sales role. You will need to be in Bath 3 days per week, but you can work from home 2 days / week when not on client site.
