New Launch Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a New Launch Project Manager to join our Commercial team. 

This person will be vital in ensuring that new products for our retail customers launch successfully, in line with customer stage-gate launch processes.  You'll be responsible for bringing together our Commercial, Technical, NPD and Supply Chain teams in order to ensure we meet our customers' requirements, on time and to the excellent standards on which we pride ourselves.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to co-ordinate projects, building strong relationships internally and externally.  In terms of personal characteristics, the role demands someone who is highly organised, spirited and resourceful.  Ideally we're looking for someone who has knowledge of retailer product launch processes, and food industry experience would be desirable, although not essential.  Good attention to attention to detail is key, as are the enthusiasm and determination to drive projects through to completion.
