This new to be opened converted cottage to Tea Room, is set in a quirky setting in a busy industrial park with lots of passing potential trade.

You will run this on a self employed basis, but be provided with majority of the equipment & tools necessary, 2 floored tea room with bags of potential to be a success.

You:

Qualifications in catering required, a proven record in a retail catering environment as well as proven evidence on sales growth / margin enhancement is essential
A formal Hygiene qualification is desirable
Formal English and mathematical qualification would also be desirable
Financial Forecasting
Sound communications at all levels
Marketing Skills
Good Presentation Capabilities
Good understanding of food trends within the high street
