NEW BUSINESS EXECUTIVE

We are seeking experienced Telephone Sales/ New Business Executives with a proven sales background as well as fantastic customer service and communication skills! As Sales Executive you will work as part of an office-based sales team and provide an exceptional level of service to develop excellent working relationships with new and existing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES EXECUTIVE
All aspects of the sales process, including developing the client base, making 'follow-up' calls to recent guests, taking incoming new business calls and working with field-based advisors.
To secure new business for the company by managing new sales leads and pro-actively seeking new business.
Work closely with clients to provide them with the group travel arrangements and products that they require.
Ensure individual and departmental sales and revenue targets are met.
Develop solid working relationships through outstanding service to ensure repeat customer business.

SKILLS REQUIRED
You will have previous proven NEW BUSINESS experience gained in a telephone sales role.
You will thrive in a sales environment and gain a real satisfaction in achieving and exceeding targets.
You will work well under pressure and enjoy working as part of a team.
Previous travel industry or education-related sales experience would be a distinct advantage.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
Basic salary for this role is £16,000 plus a commission package (OTE £21k). There is also an excellent benefits package including generous holiday entitlement, company pension and substantial staff discount on travel and holidays.
