Job Title: Network Support Engineer
Salary: £35k - £45k pa

Central London based Solution provider is looking for a qualified Network support engineer. The right candidate will have a proven track record of providing IT support in a corporate environment and also demonstrate a proficient level of knowledge around Cisco\Networking products and services. Internet Service Provider Experience desired as well as a good working knowledge of Juniper and other Network devices.
Any applicant that does not meet at least one of the minimum qualification requirements will not be considered.
Required Knowledge
• Cisco Network Infrastructure Configuration and Support
• Unified Communications Experience
• Knowledge of Virtualisation Technologies (desired)
• General Understanding of network infrastructure
Key Position Responsibilities
• Solution Design and Fault Resolution
• Ensuring systems, policies and procedures are well documented and updated on an ongoing basis
• Issue escalation where required
• Presales Assistance
Skills Required
• Experienced at Network design, configuration and troubleshooting on Cisco WAN/LAN & Security Solutions
• Cisco CCVP experience desired
• Cisco Call Manager experience
• Cisco IOS command line
• Prior technology VoIP implementation and support experience
• Minimum of three years relevant IT experience required
Minimum Certification Requirements
• Must have a Cisco Qualification (CCNA)
• CCNA - Voice
• VMware\Citrix Qualification
• Juniper Accreditation (JNCIA)
