BASIC SALARY TO £14,000 D.O.E 1ST YEARS OTE £25,000 + BENS

We are currently acting on a retained basis for this quality Estate Agency company who continue to perform well in this area with excellent systems, procedures and marketing in place.

You will be adept at providing high levels of customer service and a a consistent performer where you are and maybe feeling frustrated in your current role.

• A minimum of 6 months track record in Residential Sales OR Lettings
• Take a personal pride in your service levels, to both vendors and applicants alike
• Have strong drive and determination to be the best you can.
• Able to work towards targets with an emphasis on customer service
• Good IT Skills with good telephone and face to face customer service skills
• A professional and pro-active attitude towards buisness generation
