My client is one of the local areas highly regarded Estate Agency practices and due to a recent internal promotion they are looking for an experienced NEGOTIATOR who is ready for promotion OR SENIOR NEGOTIATOR to join their residential operation in this busy branch.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing the business through property valuation and instructions, property sales 
• Assisting sales as necessary to a successful completion using effective communication and people skills to ensure a professional image is displayed to the customer.

You will be results orientated and target driven and able to work as part of a team as well as individually in supporting the Branch Manager.
