Our client, a leading global cardiology company is looking for a National Sales Manager to lead their vascular division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company committed to developing their staff, and manage a successful, dynamic team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of regional managers, sales members and clinical specialists
  • Ensuring individual and team targets are set and achieved
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on the client’s products and new developments
  • Provide support and solutions to the team
  • Liaise with the Marketing Manager to ensure all efforts are being made to achieve maximum sales potential
  • Identify new key customers and business opportunities
  • Create and implement sales strategies
  • Lead by example, adhering to the company policies, values and regulations

In order to be considered, you must have management experience in the medical device industry, with an excellent understanding of the market. You need communication skills of the highest standard to build lasting relationships with fellow employees and customers, and the ability to motivate yourself is key.
