You will manage and drive the account management team to maximise sales potential from existing and new customers across a variety of market sectors.
You will be responsible for the creation of sales plans and for their execution
Managing & driving your sales team to meet and exceed sales targets as well as overseeing your own portfolio of major customers. You will also essentially provide the leadership required , coaching and development of the sales teams core values , setting an example of integrity, professionalism and customer focus
