A leading Removals and Relocation organisation is now looking to recruit a National Sales Executive in California.
The main focus for the role is to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase profitable sales with new and existing customers in all company service lines; to grow sales shipments, booking commissions, and margins to meet or exceed assigned sales goals by prospecting for new accounts, presenting Company services, and maintaining effective business relationships with accounts.
The core responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Leads or coordinates, as appropriate, the response to formal Requests for Proposals from prospects or existing accounts who are re-bidding their programs. Leads or supports, as appropriate, presentations of Company’s services and capabilities to buying influences.
Recommends pricing, discount and economic incentives for obtaining and maintaining business
Grows annual sales volume by adding new accounts, increasing business from existing accounts and price increases.
Assists existing customers by responding to requests for information and assisting with problem resolution
Communicates with all branch and corporate personnel involved in the sales process, service delivery, customer service, and risk management, to ensure total customer satisfaction by minimizing internal lack of coordination.
Evaluates the potential market for the company’s services as well as projections from current customers to provide information to management for business planning and sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
Attending sales meetings and completes sales reports, contracts, customer profiles, and other company documentation as required.
Keeps abreast of regulatory issues impacting the relocation industry and relevant company policies, procedures, practices, and documents.
Required Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, transportation or other course of study relating to business management and sales.
Experience:
More than 5 years of removals and relocation services sales experience or related industry selling to Fortune 500 national accounts
