This is a fantastic opportunity to really enhance your business and people management career. Our client is a leading service provider in delivery of specialised health related products and is seeking an experienced Manager to take their business forward. Your role will be to oversee the delivery of the organisation’s services across both its core care home and rapidly expanding home visiting divisions.
We are looking for candidates with a high emphasis on business development and proven experience in operations management with a field based team. A background in clinical products or clinical environment is highly desirable.
- This is a mixed field/office based role leading a team leading a team of 130 staff, covering a national territory . Ideally you will be based in the West Midlands, Bedfordshire or the North East of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the strategic planning, co-ordination, implementation and improvement of service delivery from an operational perspective
- Direct responsibility for managing and developing a team of three regional managers
- To ensure that all Regional Business Managersimplement all new initiatives and follow promotional plans to increase use of products and promotions
- Produce regular reports on the service delivery highlighting recommendations to improve future efficiency and standards
- Analyse monthly statistical reports and utilise them as a tool for the improvement of existing and future team performances
- Ensure compliance with the specific Services Regulations, Code of Practice and Health and Safety at Work regulations
- To ensure all training initiatives are embedded into the operation and practices.
- To ensure regular 1:1 and appraisals are completed in line with company practices.
- To monitor and assist in the recruitment of staff
- To evaluate and analyse recruitment methods of staff
- To actively promote the business to attract newly / nearly qualified staff
- Overseeing and reporting on standard of stock and equipment levels of all sales teams.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience of delivering and driving profitable sales in a commercial, retail or healthcare based environment
- Ability to lead, motivate and inspire team members across separate locations with a proven track record in managing multi-site sales-based operations
- Skilled communicator, with ability to communicate at all levels and deliver strategy in an easy to understand manner
- Proven experience within financial management
- High levels of self-motivation and drive
