An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join Tesco Widnes as a MultiserviceSite Manager.

The Multiservice Site Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building an effective customer relationship and to ensure the day-to-day running of the operation.  We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual with a passion to change standards.  A background of proven management skills in a fast paced logistics environment is desirable.  

This will encompass controlling of budget i.e hours, ordering of stock, auditing, producing weekly rotas, managing the site specification to ensure the standards of work meet the customer expectations and raise any issues to the Area Manager, Regional Area Manager and Operations Manager. 

The role will also entail submitting of payroll information to Head Office and to handle any staffing issues and/or identifying training requirements in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.  For further details please see attached the job description. 

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer relation skills.  They should also have the ability to prioritise workloads and experience with employee relations issues, such as disciplinary and development processes, as well as any other adhoc duties that may arise.  A full UK driving license is desirable.
