Job Description

Our client, an international Shared Services Centre based in Lódz is looking for the Candidates to work in the F&A Department.

Your duties will be:

• Dealing with inbound calls from Business Partners of our Client from one of the following countries: Denmark/ Finland/ Norway/ Switzerland and The Netherands.
• Updating and inputting data into relevant systems
• Providing a central point of contact for our corporate clients and first contact resolution on enquires, through both telephone and email communication.

Person specification:

• Very good command of one or more of following languages: Danish/ Finnish/ Norwegian/ Swiss German and Dutch
• Good command of English
• Demonstrating teamwork
• Strong customer focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience is not required (training provided)
