MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICES CONSULTANT

MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICES - This multi-award winning e-commerce brand which over the past 6 years has experienced phenomenal growth and success and due to ongoing increases in demand and a huge expansion into the European market place, currently require Customer Services Advisors with fluency in a European language (Spanish, Italian, French or German) to deal with a wide range of customer enquiries. We are particularly keen to hear from multilingual candidates who can demonstrate the necessary skills to be fast tracked into a supervisory role.

Multilingual Customer Services individuals will :-

- Be fluent in English & one other European Language (Spanish - German - Italian - French) – both written and over the telephone
- Experience in working within Customer Service Department
- Additional language skills in a third language would be highly advantageous
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Good listening and problem solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Offering excellent working hours on a small shift pattern of either 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm, no evenings or weekends as well as free car parking and a basic salary of between £14,500 - £17,000 this is an excellent opportunity for individuals with fluency in Spanish - Italian - German - French.
