A well respected, long standing worldwide debt recovery organisation based in West Reading.
Looking for a Multilingual Account Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Job Description
The role involves recovering debt on behalf of large business accounts worldwide.
You will be assigned a number of accounts to manage on a daily basis and will be responsible for recovering as much outstanding debt owed to your business accounts as possible.
Unlike many other debt recovery organisations you are actively encouraged to spend as much time on the phone as possible and to build relationships with the companies you are recovering money from. There is no dialler system and no KPI’s for the amount of calls you are expected to make each day.
Person Specification
The monthly bonus is paid on the team performance rather than individual so a good team ethic is essential.
You must be happy talking on the phone and communicating at all levels.
Experience of complaint handling, problem solving or telephone sales would be an advantage.
Self motivated to work independently without targets.
You must speak at least 2 European languages including English.
