Organisation Description
A leading solicitor’s in West Yorkshire is recruiting a Multi-Track RTA Fee Earner to deliver a robust quality claims handling service and to generate fee income and contribute to the general success of the department.
Benefits include
Basic salary: £40,000 - £60,000 depending upon experience. (This client will look at senior or more junior level candidates). Contributory pension, 25 days holiday rising with level of service, life assurance, health care, childcare vouchers, discounted gym membership/other services.
Job Description
The successful candidate would be responsible for handling a portfolio of Multi-track compensation claims.
Would also be responsible for ensuring compliance with the following litigation policies;-
• Claims issued before 6 months to limitation.
• Litigated files transferred to litigation team members.
• Protective proceedings policy complied with.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience;-
• A proven track record of experience in PI claims handling.
• Litigation case handling experience
• Unfortunately candidates without litigation claims experience will not be considered.
• Litigation Competency Assessment passed.
• An excellent negotiator.
• To be customer focused and target driven.
• Self motivated and willing to use own initiative.
• A team player.
• Have a high standard of work quality.
