Organisation Description
An established Financial Planning practice based in the south of England, now needs a new member of the team to specialise in Equity release and Long term care provision for the elderly.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join this expanding practice in a growing niche market.
You will need to have experience of Equity release and long term care of the elderly.
You will be provided with an amount of qualified leads, and will also need to be responsible for introducing new clients through actively building relationships with professional introducers, care homes and other IFA practices who do not offer this service.
This is an entrepreneurial role, for the right person who wants to help be at the forefront of growing and developing this marketplace.
The role will primarily be a home based role and you will be in control of your own diary. Training and support will be given in any skill gap areas.
The company currently has a bespoke back office system to help with report writing.
Person Specification
You will be well versed in dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients as well as their families.
You will be hungry to develop and grow a business and to potentially develop into an equity partner in the business.
You will have proven experience in this market place or a huge desire to be in this arena and willing to learn and take on board all that is required.
