Our client has a number of excellent opportunities for multi-skilled maintenance technicians - either electrically or mechanically biased, to join their site in Teesside. The positions have arisen due to the developmenet of a brand new plastics facility at the electronics recycling site, and is a fantastic opportunity to join this forward thinking company on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the operations manager, the purpose of this role is to maintain plant and facilities to acieve maximum utilisation, contribute to technical improvements and process developments; ensuring that plant and infrastructure are installed and maintained to comply with both existing legislation and company standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience within medium / heavy engineering and have a broad knowledge and experience of industrial maintenance activities with specific regards to hydromechanics, and have previous working knowledge of hydraulic systems, electro-pnsumatics, and conveyors.
The salary for this role is negotiable, depending upon experience, and will involve working 4 on 4 off shifts both days and nights.
