Moving Insurance Claims Manager

We are seeking an experienced Moving Insurance Claims Manager for one of our Removals Clients based inSouth Africa.

The Moving Insurance Claims Manager will be a dynamic and hands-on person to manage theSouth Africaclaims team, comprising a team of four, working directly under the global group claims manager.

Candidates for this Moving Insurance Claims Manager vacancy must have previous experience with marine claims insurance, very good English, Afrikaans, and an African language would be an advantage.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage work flow.
• Validate first proposals.
• Ensure smooth processing of all claims.
• Ensure smooth running of difficult files.
• Manage the admin side as well as ensuring fair and efficient claims proposal and administrative process.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Must be FAIS compliant.
• Must have passed the regulatory examinations in order to be able to deal with clients.
• Will have RE5- Representative as a minimum, and if possible have also the RE1- Key Individual.

The successfully appointed Moving Insurance Claims Manager will be offered a competitive salary package, in the region of 25,000 CTC ZAR.
