Mould Tool Setter

**Looking for an experienced Mould Tool Setter for a great, permanent opportunity based in Bury St Edmunds**

My client is a progressive Partnership Company operating from premises in Bury St Edmunds. They really value their employees and have well established policies for openness, fairness and opportunity. 

Their Mould Shop has a vacancy for a Mould Tool Setter working within a small team producing low mass mouldings for use in a wide range of switch products manufactured on site.

The successful applicant must have previous experience as a Mould Tool Setter and must be proficient at carrying out mould tool changes.  Ideally the successful candidate will have knowledge of 25 - 100 tonne Arburg Injection Moulding Machines, Selogica and Polytronica control systems and experience of working with polymers including PVC, Acetal, Nylon ABS and TPU.  

As well as working to a very high standard of quality, you will be expected to take responsibility for the Mould Shop in absence of the Mould Shop Supervisor. 

Setters operate a rotating shift pattern of 7am - 3pm and 10:30am - 6:30pm. 

The position attracts 21 days annual leave, increasing with service, a pension scheme after qualifying period and profit share. 

Salary range - £18-£20,000 p/a (DOE).
