Motor Claims Handler

HR Consultancy have been retained by this well
respected insurance company in Glasgow who, due to continued business
development, are looking to appoint several Motor Claims Handlers to their busy
clams division. The organisation are a major player within the insurance sector
nationally and continued to experience sustained growth across both their scale
and diversity of services offered.

Applications are invited from candidates with
experience in handling insurance claims with experience in motor based
insurance claims highly desirable. The role will involve handling new motor
claims and queries directly on behalf of clients and internal partners. You
will have responsibility for liaising with third parties and external divisions
whilst making liability based decisions within specified authority parameters.

You will be a highly presentable, professional and
career minded individual who can work well as part of a busy team environment.
First class communication skills, telephone manor and organisational skills are
prerequisite and you must have the ability to provide excellent customer
service.

Successful candidates will be rewarded with a basic
salary of up to £17,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits including pension,
health care and funding for professional qualifications.
