Job Purpose/ Principal Accountabilities

Responsibilities of the role
- Shaping, motivating and leading sales and customer services teams to deliver and exceed budgeted income.
- Providing leadership and direction, ensuring all KPI’s and business objectives are achieved.
- Developing and evaluating management information to monitor performance
- Identify trends and drive improvement of staff and business performance.
- Provide support and feedback to staff and Management.
- Maximise business development opportunities.
- Continual performance improvement of all areas of the business by ensuring training needs are identified and addressed.
- Building and maintaining relationships with other business areas to promote best practice and create an environment orientated to trust, open communication and team working.

Experience
- Proven track record of leading in bound and outbound sales and customer services teams to achieve outstanding results
- Experience of call centre practices and technology, specifically Open GI
- Demonstrated achievement of hitting targets and setting goals
- Minimum of two years in a similar enviroment
- Verified management of a sales business with over 60 staff
- Responsibility for the sales of a £4.6mil revenue budget and sales target of 20.000 policies
