STARTING £14800 - £16500 PLUS 5% FLEXTRA BENEFITS-PLUS UNCAPPED BONUS RANGING BETWEEN £300 - £1000/QUARTER DEPENDING UPON ACHIEVING BUSINESS OBJECTIVES

Our client is the Leading Mortgage Specialist Operation within the UK. A number of prolific opportunities have arisen within their Offices based at Livingston. These are exciting opportunities for candidates who wish to specialise within a customer services environment.

Successful candidates will be employed on a permanent basis and work 35 hours per week rotating between 8.00am & 8.00pm Monday to Friday.(NO WEEKEND WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) 

Your main focus will be to answer incoming calls from customers who are looking to query the mortgage products of the business. Using excellent customer service skills you will promote the benefits of the mortgage & associated insurance products. (THESE ROLES ARE A COMBINATION OF SERVICING & CROSS SELLING PRODUCTS WHICH ARE TAILORED TO MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS)

We are seeking bright, motivated individuals to join the team.  You will have previous experience in a customer services role and be comfortable working within an environment which will offer diversity and challenges. Contact Centre experience is desirable, Sales/Customer Services experience are essential.
