One of the UK's largest financial company is looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service and sales skills to work in their contact centre in Livingston.
Job Description
Your role would be to answer all incoming existing customer calls in a professional manner and grow the business by retaining mortgage business and supporting customer in completing applications for additional borrowing. You would use customer service skills and product knowledge to identify opportunities to promote and sell associated products and services (insurances, mortgage protection) to customers and generate sales.
Person Specification
Successful candidates will have sales experience, an excellent telephone manner, have a strong customer focus and excellent attention to detail. You should also have experience of working to targets and as part of a team.
