My client is a successful Independent Mortgage firm. The company’s aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available.
Due to business growth my client is looking for a fully CeMap qualified (or equivalent) successful Mortgage Advisor to join their sales team.
Job Description
You will be based in the companies Trowbridge, Wiltshire office.
As an employed independent Mortgage and Protection Advisor you will be provided with a large number of qualified client leads/appointments every month by the company, generated through their strong business relationships within the market place, their sales team who are target to refer leads and the firms large existing client base.
The successful candidate must be professional, a strong communicator, sales/money focused and competent at dealing with all enquiries.
You will be,
• Currently in a direct mortgage sales position or have previous experience within this role.
• A team player.
• A Sales focused, top achiever with a high level of mortgage market awareness.
• Dedicated to giving good customer service.
• A very motivated individual.
Person Specification
You will receive a very competitive starting basic salary of circa £30,000 to £35,000 plus an excellent, realistic, un-capped commission scheme.
