Mortgage Advisor - Rugby, Warwickshire
£20k-£22k OTE £35k+
Our client, a multi award winning national estate agency chain, is seeking to recruit fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisors with advisory experience to join their dynamic team in Rugby.
THE ROLE
This is an ideal opportunity for a lively and energetic individual to further their career within the mortgage sector. Working in a corporate estate agency environment, you will be advising customers on the best mortgage deals available to suit their means and lifestyle to enable them to purchase their dream homes.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate must have previous mortgage advisory experience and the ability to work under pressure. You will need to maintain your knowledge of products and legislation and be able to advise customers on their purchasing abilities.
You must be at advisory status (CeMAP qualified).
You will be working within a lively team environment and must be self motivated and computer literate. Exceptional people skills providing a high level of customer service are also required.
