Basic Up To £25K + Flexible Benefits Package That equates to 25% of Basic Salary and Can Be Taken As A Cash Value (Equates to £6250.00 Cash) + Other Benefits & Bonus Scheme of Earning up to £4800.00 In Bonus Per Qtr

We are currently seeking a CeMap qualified, individual to join an established and successful team within one of the leading High Street Banks. Our client is seeking professional Mortgage Advisors from a Banking or Estate Agency background they will also consider fully CeMap Qualified sales individuals who have sold banking products with experience of working within a target driven environment. Strong sales focus is key to this role and therefore applicants must have a proven track record within a Mortgage sales environment.

The Job

  • Involves advising clients of their purchasing ability and selling the appropriate products.
  • Working within a bank based branch.
  • Face to face client meetings with fact finds.
  • Closing sales.

The Person

  • Fully CeMap Qualified.
  • A proven track record in Sales.
  • Ability to prove sales record.
  • Full knowledge of FSA Guidelines.
  • CAS or RMA Status if applicable.
