Mortgage Advisor - Estate agency based

Our client is a successful and well established Estate agency that is continuing to grow and has a number of offices across the South East of England. They currently have an opportunity to take on a Mortgage advisor in one of their West Sussex offices.

You will provide a high standard of advice and service to customers, selling appropriate mortgage packages and associated assurance products whilst identifying and initiating leads from other sources. You will liaise closely with sales support and provide coaching and training to residential team members.

To be considered for this role, you will have;

• Cemap 1 Minimum (Full Cemap preferable)
• Knowledge of Mortgage products and trends on the market.
• An energetic, results driven and tenacious attitude.
• A Highly professional and presentable manner
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to persuade and influence
• Strong organisation skills and ability to grasp new ideas quickly.
