Mortgage Adviser; PRESTON AREA, HIGH LEADS & OTE!!

We urgently require a high quality Mortgage Adviser to work with one of the market leading Estate Agency practices in the Fulwood, Preston & Lytham St Anne's areas due to continued expansion & growth. The 2 offices are centrally located in their respective areas with an emphasis on high quality house sale transactions & customer service with fantastic marketing & a recognised national brand supporting the business!

Lead generation is key and this business is supremely pro-active and fully embraces the FS culture quality advisers require with high quality leads being at the forefront of the business, consistently around 30 + leads per month! The ideal candidate will be a self starter and not afraid to source new leads themselves along with the database of said offices too.

First year earnings for a quality adviser is realistically in excess of £35,000 pa, on a self employed basis with national incentives and uncapped earnings potential. You will be working in a team that is fully established and geared up to support a quality adviser, with full marketing, lead generation & training support available. 

You must be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with 12 months experience, moreover we want individuals who can demonstrate the required passion and hunger to succeed and can build long standing relationships with not only the team but the customers they serve!
