The Company - Our Client is a national Financial Services organisation who is recruiting salaried Mortgage Adviser to service it's Branch in Burnham.
Duties and accountabilities - Working from this Estate Agency branch, you will provide a mortgage advisory service to new and existing customers. Specifically this can involve -
- Face to face meetings with new and existing customers together with referrals and "walk ins".
- Conducting fact finds to establish need areas.
- Making recommendations and tailoring suitable mortgage packages to suit these needs.
- Cross selling Protection and other ancillary products.
Candidate requirements - Applicants shall have relevant Mortgage Adviser / Mortgage Broker experience.
- CeMAP MAQ, CF6 or equivalent.
- Current authorisation to provide mortgage advice.
- Experience gained in an Estate Agency, Bank or Building Society environment.
Salary and benefits -Salary rising from £18000 basic, plus car allowance, bonus (OTE £35k+) and benefits.
