You will need to have great listening skills and remain calm under pressure when dealing with a range of circumstances including health issues through to fire.
We are looking for caring and understanding people who are fantastic communicators, great listeners & have previous experience within an administrative or customer services role.
You will need good computer skills, 100% accuracy as well as the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
