The Company:
My client is one of the UK's leading contract catering and hospitality specialists. They operate across a variety of sectors providing mostly catering and hospitality services. Contract catering organisations are an outsourced solution adopted by any of the UK's largest companies such as Banking, Retail, Business & Industry, Healthcare, Education etc.
As a Mobilisation Manager you will actively drive the implementation of all mobilisation activities within the agreed plans and manage all mobilisation projects successfully, within agreed budgets and timescales. You will, ideally be an operator with a contract catering background and have mobilisation experience. The successful applicant will work closely with the operational teams to ensure all aspects of mobilisation are covered to the required standards.
Job Role - Mobilisation Manager - Catering and Food Services:
In the capacity of a Mobilisation Manager you will:
- Be a strong and effective communicator who can influence at both unit and client level
- Work seamlessly with any appointed Senior Manager/Director ensuring all roles and responsibilities are duly documented, communicated and discharged
- Ensure all contractual requirements/expectations are managed and fully implemented
- Be able to work closely to policies and procedures and implement where necessary
- Build, develop and motivate the operational teams to deliver the very best service and quality to the client
- Develop the service offer and client relationship to grow the business area
- Drive the delivery of operational efficiency and excellence across the contract
- Ensure all of the operational teams are engaged, motivated and passionate about delivering the service that is expected
