Job Description
Support Worker required for weekend cover!
Our client provides a home-care service in the Grays area for people with palliative care needs, mental health and learning disabilities. In most cases there will be a requirement to provide personal care.
A good understanding of providing such care would be backed up by a Social Care qualification - min NVQ Level 3 Health & Social or equivalent.
We require people who find it easy to communicate with the service user group and their families/external agencies where required. As such you will have a good command of the English language to enable you to deliver clear and concise reporting both verbally and written.. A second language may also be a benefit.
Due to the nature of this service a car owner/driver would be preferential.
