Job Description

We are actively working alongside several not for profit Organisations to recruit for Case Workers for newly arrived Migrants and Asylum seekers. These are full time temporary ongoing positions based across Western Sydney and the Sydney CBD.

Your key responsibilities of this role would include but are not limited to:

? Providing high level case management services to newly arrived migrants and asylum seekers clients
? Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify key client needs whilst maintaining regular and ongoing contact with clients
? Establish and maintain strong community networks with other agencies relevant to the program
? Identify and develop case plans for clients to ensure effectiveness of service
? Develop transparent lines of communication with relevant staff of other agencies regarding clients

Relevant Skills:

It is essential that you possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work or a relevant Human Services Discipline and have previous experience working with clients in crisis and complex case work experience.
