Organisation Description

My client is a large financial services organisation based in Gloucester, who are currently recruiting for a MI Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Description

• Provide BAU monitoring, reporting and analysis for Mortgage and Savings funding decisions and associated assumptions, adding value and insight where appropriate.
• Act as a point of contact to support Commercial and other Retail Finance teams in their products and pricing decisions
• Develop stakeholder partnerships to build Business As Usual input to decisions, provide support to central actions, and keep the Retail business informed of market trends and analysis
• Support the BSM team in ad hoc analysis and projects as required

Person Specification

You will need to have the following key skills and experience:
*Economical and commercial acumen with the ability to communicate understanding of global financial conditions
*Extensive numeracy, MI and analysis skills
*Ability to explain data concisely and formatted to cover various different end users
*Experience with Access, Business Objects and the ability to model data on Excel
