An exciting opportunity has arised for an experienced MI Analyst to join this expanding organisation on a 6 month FTC.
Based in Houghton-le-Spring you will support the Operation Managers with the provision of internal/external/periodic and adhoc management information to a consistently high standard.
You will ideally have knowledge of ACD, WFM, IVR and other contact centre systems as well as advanced Microsoft Excel.
Basic salary £19,400.
